Yesterday, December 6, a member of our team – Urszula Majcher Legawiec took part in a meeting as part of the NEWABC_eu project in Lisbon, Portugal. The meeting ended the peer mentoring program that we will be replicating in Krakow. The event was attended by our project partners and representatives of local communities, principals and teachers from the school where the mentoring took place. The most important participants of the meeting were, of course, students: Portuguese – mentors, ambassadors of integration, students with long and short migration experience, to whom the project was addressed. We know that in this Portuguese school the project will be continued. Project participants agree that three issues are most important for an inclusive school: empathy, respect and solidarity. We agree one hundred percent with this opinion! .
