Last week, on 3rd and 4th of December a first of a numerous workshops for non-governmental organization was held in project „INTERFAITH And Interethnic Coalition-Building To Combat Xenophobia And Religious-Based Discrimination” led by National Democratic Institute and partnered by our organization. Under the supervision of couches and psychologists participants from numerous NGOs learned how to make common plans, reaching compromises, and drafting coherent strategies and policy papers. We have hosted organizations from Warsaw, Białystok, Wrocław, Kraków, Chorzów and other places which represented national, ethnic and religious minorities, as well as its alliances. We expected results in common projects, enhanced competences of the NGOs representatives and capability to reach the strategic aims of our sector by mutual efforts.
