  • Post category:news

Full of energy and enthusiasm, we are launching a new research project within the Horizon Europe programme ALPHABETICAeu, which aims to integrate the teaching of methods from the field of arts with formal and informal educational pathways in order to increase the cohesion of school communities and to realise the potential of every student. Today in Forli, together with Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, The Open University, Oxford Brookes University, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Università degli Studi di Torino, Elhuyar, União de Refugiados Em Portugal – UREP, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, Synthesis Center for Research and Education, and Save the Children Italia, we are participating in the project’s inaugural meeting.
We discuss the different stages of the project and share experiences that will help us to achieve our goals. The Polish team will be led by Jakub Kościółek and composed of the indispensable and irreplaceable, Jadwiga Romanowska, Adam Bulandra and Urszula Majcher Legawiec. Together, we will be responsible for researching the presence of methods from the field of art in school curricula, developing a training programme for teachers to reduce exclusion in education and proposing innovative solutions to integrate art in the education of children and young people.
We will soon report on the first results….
