KRAKÓW OPEN YOUR MIND: ABOLITION – the last call
From January 01, 2012 a new law comes into effect, which allows legalization of stay of foreigners, who were present in Poland illegaly. Opportunity to take advantage of the new law (abolition) will have foreigners staying in Poland illegally on 01.01.2012, and also if their stay is uninterrupted at least:
since December 20, 2007, or since January 1, 2010, for those who till that day have received a final decision on refusing the refugee status and ordering the expulsion warrant, or against whom, on 1 January 2010 took subsequent proceedings on granting refugee status.
